Mobile cleaning for shared mobility equipment
We come to your facility and wash, sanitize and dry wheelchairs, walkers, 3-in-1’s and shower chairs in our enclosed mobile unit, parked on your property. Your staff keep doing their job, and the equipment goes back ready for the next person.

A clear, repeatable process
Arrive & check in
We park in your designated service area in the parking lot and check in with your contact.
Stage equipment
Your team brings items out to the service area. We tag each one by resident or unit.
Wash & sanitize
We roll each item up our ramp into our enclosed mobile unit for an automated wash and sanitize cycle, a final rinse with deionized water, and a spot free dry finish.
Tag & return
Items get a dated service tag and go straight back to your staff.
The final rinse with deionized water leaves each item with a spot free dry finish. You also get a written service log after every visit for your records.
We support your infection control program. We do not replace your facility’s own policies, and we do not guarantee survey results.
We bring the clean to you
A quick look at how Hero Mobility Clean washes and sanitizes wheelchairs, walkers, and other equipment right at your location.
Starting at $25 per item
Our standard wash and sanitize service starts at $25 per item with a 20 item minimum. Starting prices are for planning only. Contact us for your quote. Your final price is confirmed in your written quote and depends on how many items your facility has, such as wheelchairs, walkers, rollators and 3-in-1’s, their condition, and how often we maintain them. Other equipment and extras are quoted with your visit.
Ceramic coating package
Ceramic coating is separate from our standard wash and sanitize service. It is an optional package for facilities that want to protect their equipment and keep it looking its best. Our exclusive ceramic and graphene coating adds a durable protective layer that absorbs everyday wear, so equipment stays cleaner longer and is easier to maintain.
Our own exclusive ceramic and graphene coating, available only from Hero Mobility Clean.
Metal and plastic parts
A protective layer helps guard metal frames and plastic coverings against everyday scuffs, dulling and wear, so the finish holds up between cleanings.
Wheels and hardware
Helps wheels and hardware stay cleaner longer, so dirt and grime are easier to wipe away.
Cushions
Helps cushions resist everyday wear and stay easier to keep clean.
Equipment that looks newer for longer is easier to maintain and holds its value, because it ages more slowly. Ask about the coating package when you request a quote. It is quoted separately from the standard service.
