Add your business phone or email in Settings (the gear) first. That is where your customer’s choices are sent.
Their choices come to your phone as a text or email, using the phone and email in Settings. There is no inbox or lead list, and nothing is stored online. The link holds your prices as they are right now, so if you change your services, prices, logo or colors, copy the link or code again and replace the old one.
